Anything but a 'savage bear' this is a soft yet earthy Beaujolais. Full of ripe black fruits lifted with notes of crushed violets. Blueberry and redcurrants intermingle in the mid-palate before a hint of spice rounds out the finish.
A wonderful example of White Rioja. Beautiful balance of fresh minerality, citrus notes and white blossom notes, alongside great depth from well-judged oak ageing. The fresh acidity slicing through the toasty spice, nuttiness and creamy texture.
This is a gin that leans heavily on tradtion, but isn't beholdent to it. Whilst the front of the palate is old school London dry, wonderfully smooth cream and spice give this a refined and modern edge. An excellent gin which is organic, vegan, and even gluten free!

A dark, shiny mahogany appearance. Very aromatic, complex and persistent in the nose, with aromas of vanilla, hazelnut and old oak. In the mouth, dry, robust, notes of walnut, coffee, vanilla and wood.
A pale gold color, very clean and bright. In the nose, sharp, fresh and complex. Delicate aromas of green apple and notes of hazelnut. Very elegant. Dry, refreshing and smooth in the mouth. Good structure with a prolonged, slightly bitter hazelnut finish.
A dark mahogany color, very dense (good legs). In the nose, deep aromas of passerillage (drying of the grapes on the vine), very aromatic and perfumed. In the mouth, very sweet, aromatic, flavorsome and deep.
A dark, mahogany appearance, dense and bright. In the nose, persistent, with aromas of walnuts, raisins, figs and an elegant hint of wood. In the mouth, sweet, round, aromatic and velvety on the palate. Notes of raisins, dates and dried apricots.
Deep and intense, with a captivating bouquet of smoke, exotic spices, floral notes, raspberry drops and black cherry. It opens in the glass to reveal a velvety texture, superb depth and volume, succulent flavours with masses of dark cherry, blackberry and plum.
This intriguing blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese proves the two grapes are a perfect match. The former brings a rounded and juicy plum and spice profile to the wine, whilst the latter's cherry notes brings perfectly counter-balanced acidity.
