Intense nose of deep semi-dried fruit and warm spice. The palate is less fruit forward, offering hints of black fruit alongside savoury spice, herbaceous notes and a brush of chocolate. Held together with wonderfully silken tannins. Very classy.
An excellent example of Clare Valley's bone-dry Riesling style. Crisp and aromatic, with petrol notes signifying this could be nothing other than Riesling! A flinty backbone keeps the wine super-fresh and wonderful citrus and apple notes clean the palate further.
Lovely, supple, fruit driven Chardonnay from Western Australia. Lots of fresh stone fruit and tropical flavour with a touch of creamy oak to add complexity.
Fresh and fruity, the nose is tropical with sweet melon and grassy notes. Crisp on the palate with the Semillon adding a little body, flavours of grapefruit, tropical fruits with a lemon-lime acidity.
Great cool climate Cabernet blend, with notes of violets, blackberries and hints of dark chocolate. Classic Cabernet fruits are balanced by fine tannins and spicy French oak.
Fantastic wine from the Margaret River, this Chardonnay provides a great combination of stone fruit and citrus flavours which are supported by subtle French oak.
A powerful and rich wine with a luscious mouthfeel. This undergoes a cool ferment to protect all the aromatic complexity of this wine. With great pear & jasmine notes and a creamy lees character on the finish.
Lime and floral aromatics, with just a hint of the new world 'petrol' that sets southern hemisphere Riesling apart. Super fresh, zest and lively on the palate. It just begs you to drink some more!
Beautiful Estate wine from Kaesler, silky smooth with generous helpings of fruit and earthy undertones that lead to a perfectly structured finish.
The spicy varietal character of Barossa Shiraz meets the fleshy, vibrant fruit of old vine Grenache in this excellent blend from Kaesler. This big, bold wine is ready to go now!
Classic Barossa blend from the guys at Magpie Estates. Great depth of fruit on the nose, the palate comes across a little darker with little notes of plum and blackberry entering alongside the red fruits.
These guys know how to make a Barossa Shiraz, the spice notes are evident from the first moment you take a whiff and the abundance of fruit is there throughout. Great length of finish, one for a big plate of meat!
A fine demonstration of the twin peaks of Australia's towering reds. Plenty of sweet jammy fruit, spice and soft tannins.
Punchy on the nose, berries, black cherry and spice with a touch of cigar box as well. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel, creamy red fruit flavours of strawberry, and raspberry give way to light oak.
