This premier cru Cognac is made from fruit grown only in the Grande Champagne region for an estate that has existed since 1850. All of the Cognac is matured as vintages, with no blending between years taking place creating a wonderfully complex and unique spirit that just has to be savoured!
The first still at Maxime Trijol was installed in November 1859. Today they run twenty two 2,500 litre Charente stills, making them one of the oldest and largest Cognac producers. This VSOP shows off their expertise, fruity on both nose and palate with developed complex flavours and a warm, inviting finish.
Fantastic VSOP Cognac from the Grande Champagne region. Aging in french oak barrels from the Limousin and Tronçais forests allows the Cognac to develop the much sort after 'Rancio' flavours that denotes a true quality spirit.
