Highland and Island
Officially launched in 2006, this 10 year old lies at the heart of the Isle of Arran range and exudes all the honeyed richness we have come to associate with this island distillery.
The lightly peated offering from Tomatin; the smoke emerges after a minute followed by a mix of lime, grapefruit and tangerines with rich almond and aniseed.
A great whisky, whether you drink with a cigar or not. Caramel, shortbread, biscuits, coffee and chocolates all come through on the nose and palate. Excellent for those that like their malts richer and sweeter.
The only single malt in the world with a unique six cask finish. Spirits matured in ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, Madeira barrels, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques are combined in perfect harmony to create a uniquely complex, yet smooth single malt.
Opened in 1825, the Glencadam Distillery continues to produce its exceptional Single Malt in the same fashion as it did back then. This expression has been bottled at 46% to retain the whisky's unique and subtle character and taste.
This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled at 43%, the GlenDronach 12 year old is a sweet, creamy dream.
The Glengoyne distillery has been producing exceptional single malt scotch whisky for nearly 200 years. This is the taste of distilling slower than anywhere else in Scotland, of barley dried by air never peat and of oak casks selected by hand.
Spicy vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouth feel. This is the result of 18 long years and a generous proportion of first-fill sherry casks.
Dark Origins is inspired by the cunning spirit and courageous personality of Highland Parks founder, Magnus Eunson. This latest addition uses twice as many first fill sherry casks than in the classic Highland Park 12 year old resulting in a naturally darker, richer flavour.
From the Tobermory distillery on Mull. Medium bodied and quite rich, with notes of spice, dried fruit and smoke.
Loch Lomond Original is carefully matured, before being married in thefinest oak casks. The result is an elegant, smooth and full-bodied single malt with a distinctive background hint of smoke and peat making this exceptionally easy to drink.
With this expression, Old Pulteney marry together spirit matured in ex-bourbon casks with spirit from ex-Oloroso sherry casks. There is a higher proportion of ex-Oloroso sherry casks compared to other Old Pulteney bottlings, delivering true complexity and class.
