Bottled exclusively from a dumping of 200 barrels or less, the brand carries the name of the Rev. Elijah Craig, the man who discovered the method of making true Kentucky Bourbon
This Bourbon is bottled solely from one hand-selected barrel, not from the mingling of many barrels, which is the practice for standard blended and Small Batch Bourbons. Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage has won five “Whiskey of the Year” awards.
Just 1 out of every 100 barrels are set aside to mature in the highest reaches of Jack Daniel's barrelhouses. Each barrel is hand-selected for its unique flavour, robust taste, and notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel.
Jim Beam's premium small batch Bourbon. The 12 years in the barrel seems to have been just the right amount of time needed for this Bourbon, as it's full flavoured with just the right amount of oak notes and wonderfully easy to drink.
Michter’s US*1 Rye is made from select American rye grain that is sheared to maximize the extraction of flavour from the grain. This is then matured for at least 36 months in a hand-selected charred white oak barrel. There is no blending between barrels, this is single barrel Kentucky rye at its best!
Small batch Kentucky Bourbon made using traditional methods and bottled in a Pot Still bottle. The combination of limestone filtered water and specially selected grains is aged in new white oak casks until fully mature. This is one special Bourbon!
