Domaine Arnoux is a family run winery based in Chorey-les-Beaune and is headed up by Pascal Arnoux alongside his wife Caroline. Today, the Domaine covers more than 20 hectares, divided between the villages of Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune and Pernand Vergelesses. The fruit for the “Les Beaumonts” is harvested from vines aged 20-25 years old and are picked entirely by hand. Once fermented the wine is aged for 12 months in oak prior to bottling.

Bright red colour. It’s a light and supple wine dominated by small red fruits as raspberry and Morello cherry. Moderately tannic but rich and characterful, it evolves towards strawberry jam, with animal and leather notes developing after a few years ageing. The generous and ample mouth is both delicate and long.

Food pairing: Classic roast chicken
