The lightly peated offering from Tomatin; the smoke emerges after a minute followed by a mix of lime, grapefruit and tangerines with rich almond and aniseed.
Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore. Lovely touch of fruitcake adds to the complexity.
Opened in 1825, the Glencadam Distillery continues to produce its exceptional Single Malt in the same fashion as it did back then. This expression has been bottled at 46% to retain the whisky's unique and subtle character and taste.
This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled at 43%, the GlenDronach 12 year old is a sweet, creamy dream.
Loch Lomond Original is carefully matured, before being married in thefinest oak casks. The result is an elegant, smooth and full-bodied single malt with a distinctive background hint of smoke and peat making this exceptionally easy to drink.
Matured in Bourbon barrels, but finished for 2 years in Tawny Port casks to add depth of flavour and sweetness. Dark chocolate dipped in strawberries, crushed almonds, walnuts, and a centre of oak.
Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to the Tomatin Legacy single malt. One of the most approachable Highland malts out there!
